Film transcript

We build logistics software and use it in our own operations. Orders, warehouse activity and shipment documents stay connected in one system. We adapt proven modules to your processes and connect the systems you already use. For example, it reads a customer email and drafts a quote. A specialist checks it before sending. Show us your process. We will identify what can be automated.

02Why us

We solved it for ourselves first

A typical IT contractor learns your industry at your expense. We work in it: every product started as our own problem and was proven on real shipments before it became a solution for the market.

−20 °C and +2…+8 °C chambers under continuous monitoring — this is where our software runs every day
GDP-grade warehouse−20 °C and +2…+8 °C chambers under continuous monitoring — this is where our software runs every day
01

Industry knowledge is included

Nobody has to explain temperature modes, batches, deviations or supplier audits to us. We deal with them daily, so your budget is not spent teaching us the domain.

02

A product, not a project

You get a working solution plus fit-out. That is fundamentally faster and cheaper than building from scratch, and noticeably closer to your processes than a generic box.

03

Alongside your systems

We do not demand a rip-and-replace. Our services stand next to your live ones, exchange data by contract and gradually take over the load — with no big-bang cutover and no business downtime.

04

Speed of change

We run our own development pipeline: an agent prepares a change in its own branch, every change passes the same checks, and a person accepts the result. That is why fit-out takes days rather than quarters.

05

Your data stays yours

Where data must not leave the building, we use language models on our own hardware. Nothing leaves the perimeter and the cost per request does not depend on someone else's price list.

06

Humans make the decisions

Our AI prepares, checks and proposes — but an irreversible action is always confirmed by a person. That is not caution for its own sake: it is what systems affecting medicine quality require.

The processes this software grew inside are externally audited. The quality management system of the operator — Biocard Logistics LLC — is certified to GOST R ISO 9001-2015 (certificate No. MSS.RU.06783.24, valid until 27 August 2027). The scope covers storage and distribution of medicines, customs clearance, transportation, recall and destruction, and manufacturing of SafePack thermoboxes.

Electronic transport documents, trip planning, warehouse, tariffs and margin, client service.

Companies with a large 1C landscape

Exchanges under control, configurations under version control and gradual replacement of heavy systems without downtime.

03Before → After

What changed in the work

Six domains where the system has already taken the routine. Left — how it was, right — how it is.

Transport & planning

TMS

Before

  • a planner reads the map by eye and hand-packs up to 1,115 freight units onto trucks
  • deadlines, temperature and load live in someone's head
  • work is scattered across four or more systems

Now

  • an engine computes capacity, temperature compatibility, time windows and cost
  • the agent brings a ready plan of consolidated runs
  • a human approves — accept / edit / reject
1,115 units → one plan

Quality

QualityOS

Before

  • 93% of non-conformities are caught by the client
  • self-detection dropped from 40% to 7%
  • action effectiveness confirmed for 4 of 90

Now

  • auto-categorisation lifted coverage from 27% to 75%
  • the agent cleared 412 deviations in 52 days
  • an early signal is caught before the client complains
coverage 27% → 75%

Commerce & tariffs

CTI

Before

  • hidden losses: 349 tariff lines below cost across 64 clients
  • margin is computed by hand in spreadsheets

Now

  • the system brings an action list with impact and owner
  • “+10% profit” is reached with revenue up just ~3.8%
  • the “Tim Botkin” agent prices quotes
+10% profit on +3.8% revenue

Client service

Service Desk

Before

  • requests get lost in chat after escalation
  • no single evidence base per shipment

Now

  • case / SLA / evidence from day one
  • auto-escalation recalculated every 60 seconds
  • immutable decision history; AI-drafted replies
SLA every 60 s

Yard & warehouse

Smart Yard

Before

  • queues and gridlock at the entrance
  • a dispatcher assigns trucks by hand at the barrier

Now

  • the driver self-registers, a fair queue, automatic gate assignment
  • messenger notifications, wait-time tracking
  • no dispatcher at the barrier
entry without a dispatcher

Knowledge & data

RAG

Before

  • knowledge scattered across hundreds of files and folders
  • agents have nothing to rely on; decisions on guesswork

Now

  • “Ask BIOCARD” answers from 1,845 chunks with source citations
  • the data map feeds agents an up-to-date corporate schema
1,845 chunks with citations

Our people tell it themselves

No script and no press office: what changed in people's work once AI took the routine away.

AI at work: where the real shift is, and where the noise is

Dmitry DubosarskyDirector of research and development

BIOCARD's head of R&D on how AI stopped being a separate application and became part of the architecture: agents instead of prompts, whole-project context instead of single tasks, and why autonomy is granted step by step.

In Russian, with Russian on-screen subtitles. The chapter list below carries the argument in English.

08Ways to work together

An IT project shaped around your needs

We help choose an approach: configuring existing tools, integrating systems or developing a new solution. Fit and scope depend on your workflow.

Review your use case

When you are still deciding where AI or automation could help.

Discussion outcome: a selected process, constraints and possible next steps.

Configuration and integrations

When documents, a knowledge base, 1C or existing business systems need to work together.

We assess available interfaces and whether existing components fit your needs.

Development for your workflow

When an existing solution is not enough and you need a tailored interface or service.

We discuss users, scope, acceptance criteria and ongoing support.

09Getting started

From your needs to a pilot

Start with one workflow. Timing, cost and the form of a demonstration depend on the use case, data availability and integrations.

Describe the workflow

What does your team do today, and what should improve? A brief description without confidential data is enough for the first conversation.

Assess feasibility

We review data, available integrations and constraints, then clarify what can be demonstrated and what needs development.

Define the pilot

We select a bounded use case, deliverables and checks, then discuss the estimate, timeline and responsibilities.

Evaluate the result

We compare results with agreed examples, then decide what needs improvement and how to proceed with deployment and support.

Discuss your IT needs

Frequently asked

Do you implement AI only for logistics?

No. We welcome enquiries from companies in different industries about document workflows, knowledge bases, customer service and integrations. We assess the approach and fit together.

Do you sell a finished product or bespoke development?

We discuss your needs and determine where an existing solution can be configured and where additional development is needed. Scope and terms are agreed separately.

Why are there no prices on the site?

Because an honest figure only appears after a demo. Almost every product needs configuration for your processes and integrations: the same system costs differently at two companies, and a published price would mislead both of us.

Do we have to replace our existing system?

No. Our services install alongside and exchange data by contract. If a system does need replacing, we do it gradually: the new service runs in parallel with the old one for a while and takes over the load piece by piece.

What about electronic transport documents?

The electronic forwarder order became mandatory in Russia on 1 September 2026, and most forwarders have no built-in mechanism in their transport systems. Our service takes a request from any source, assembles the document in the tax-authority format, signs it and sends it through an EDI operator.

Where is the data stored?

In your environment or in ours, as agreed. For tasks where data must not go outside, we run language models on our own hardware.

How long does a rollout take?

Timing depends on the use case, data availability, integrations and security requirements. We discuss the stages and timeline after reviewing your needs.

Do you work outside Russia?

Yes. The group has an operating arm in the UAE, product interfaces are bilingual, and documentation and support are available in Russian and English.
