What we collect
Through the form on this site we receive only what you enter yourself: your name, company, phone number, email address and message. We also store the page the request was sent from and campaign tags if you arrived through such a link.
Why we need it
Solely to contact you about your enquiry and prepare an answer or an offer. We do not use this data for newsletters, do not pass it to third parties and do not sell it.
Where it is stored
The request goes into our corporate customer relationship management system and is available only to the staff who handle enquiries.
How long we keep it
Until the purpose is fulfilled, and no longer than three years from your last enquiry, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent, ask what data we hold, and request correction, blocking or deletion. Write to t.botkin@biocard.com and we will reply within thirty days.
