BIOCARD Logistics wins the Potok Award 2026 for applying AI in HR
BIOCARD Logistics is among the winners of the Potok Award 2026 in the block “AI: working solutions for HR”. The diploma was issued to the Director of Personnel and AI Automation in HR for the project “Candidate Journey 360°”.

On 22 October 2026, at its annual conference “People. AI. Solutions” in Moscow, Potok announced the winners of the Potok Award — HR projects with a confirmed result. The jury scored entries on three criteria: result, business impact and scalability.
BIOCARD Logistics is among the winners in the block “AI: working solutions for HR”: the organisers noted the company “for developing the technological self-reliance of the HR team”.
The diploma was issued to Pavel Konstantinov, Director of Personnel and AI Automation in HR, for the project “Candidate Journey 360°: AI orchestration of the candidate journey from application to the first day at work”. The diploma reads: “Finalist of the award and winner in the nomination ‘Maximum Results from Applying AI in HR’”.
