Data and sources

You know which sources requests arrive from: a system, a spreadsheet, email, a fileThe request carries every mandatory cargo attribute: quantity, weight, volume, packaging, markingCounterparty reference data is clean: no duplicates and no “Ivanov (2)”Pickup and delivery addresses are stored structurally, not as a line in a comment

Signatures and roles
